Constitutional Amendment Information: On the ballot this November will be a constitutional amendment question for voters regarding the existing Minnesota's Permanent School Fund. The question would update how existing funds are distributed to schools. If passed- additional dollars will go to schools. The amendment does not raise property or income taxes.
